“Quartos amplos. O menor tem um ambiente com cama de casal e outro com duas camas e cozinha. Calefação decente. Banheiro reformado com aquecimento a gás o que faz com que a água quente não falte a qualquer hora. Varanda de frente para o por do sol. Café da manhã completo incluso na diária assim como o jantar com entrada, saladas, prato principal e sobremesa. Carta com vários rótulos de vinhos chilenos de qualidade. Excelente, atencioso e acolhedor o atendimento pelo Victor no restaurante e pela Mônica na recepção, sempre pronta para resolver qualquer problema.”

“Localização sem dúvidas privilegiada, Ski é um esporte cansativo, então, estar praticamente dentro da pista torna tudo mais fácil. Os quartos eram bem espaçosos, a noite de sono foi bem aconchegante e tudo muito limpo, o aquecedor faz um pouco de barulho, mas não me incomodou. O café da manhã “muito” gostoso e jantar foi “bom”. Recepção um pouco atrapalhada, meio confusa, nos atendeu nas nossas necessidades, porém, não é nota 10. No restaurante o atendimento é 10 em especial o Vitor. Foi uma ótima estadia e para esquiar em El Colorado vale muito a pena.”

” Es el 3er año que regreso a este hotel. La experiencia fue siempre perfecta. Es caro pro vale la pena cada peso! La comida en la noche es abundante y muy rica incluyendo sopa, salad bar libre, plato principal y postre. El desayuno también muy bueno con frutas, panes, fiambres entre otras cosas….Si quieres esquiar en el mismo hotel rentan todo lo que necesitas para ello y puedes salir de tu habitación esquiando sin problemas. El hotel está en el mismo centro de esquí! Las habitaciones siempre están limpias y el personal TODO hacen todo lo posible para que disfrutes cada momento!! Esto incluyendo los dueños que están en el hotel cuidando cada detalle. Destaco en particular la atención de Nuria quien siendo la dueña me ha ayudado personalmente en todo lo que se requirió !! Recomiendo ampliamente el hotel !”
